Exactly what it sounds like! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your investment in Latemornings’ luxury sleep products. If you’re not happy with your product within 14 nights of receiving them, we’ll take them back – for free.
Contact support@latemornings.com to request a return. We’ll email you a shipping label and issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. We’d also be happy to make an exchange for another Latemornings product of equal value.

Yes, all international shipments require a signature for delivery.
The good news is someone else can sign for the package to complete delivery and you don’t have to be present.
The courier will not leave a shipment at the door without the in-person signature.
Returns and Exchanges
Latemornings stands by our 14-Night Risk Free policy. If you’re unhappy with your products for any reason within the first 14-night, period, returns are as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Email us at support@latemornings.com and let us know why you’re returning your Latemornings products. (No pressure, we’d like to know because we’re always trying to improve our products.);
- Place your products in a shipping box
- Print out the return shipping label emailed to you and affix it to your package;
You will receive a credit to the original form of payment. Please give us one week once we receive your return to fully process it. Latemornings.com can only refund payments via the original payment method. Alternatively we can offer store credit.
We stand behind our products and offer Latemornings customers a 2-Year Limited Warranty (Limited Warranty) on all our Products. This Limited Warranty covers our products against defects in material and workmanship from the time of purchase, when used normally for their intended purposes. Our Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Wear and tear from normal household use;
- Comfort preference;
- Damage to the sheets, including (but not limited to):
- Burns
- Cuts and tears
- Liquid damage or stains o Improper laundering or care - Damage caused by commercial use e.g. hotel usage, or store display;
- Any product purchased from unauthorized retailers.
Our Limited Warranty only applies during the period in which the Product is owned and controlled by the original purchaser up to two (2) years of original purchase. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT.
Your Responsibility When Returning a Latemornings Product In the event of a defect, please contact support@latemornings.com and provide us with proof of the original date of purchase. We’ll email a shipping label once your return is authorized. Affix the label to your package, and send back your clean and laundered Products. We’ll replace or refund as soon as we receive them, and, we’ll even cover the cost of shipping for you!
